ตะกรุดชนิดนี้อาจารย์เจคได้จัดสร้างตามตำราโบราณ นานทีปีหนท่านจึงสามารถจัดสร้างไว้สักครั้ง ท่านว่าอย่างไวที่สุดก็ทำได้เพียงวันละดอกเท่านั้น เพราะขั้นตอนการทำมีความสลับซับซ้อนเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เช่นการลงเลขยันต์ลงแผ่นตะกรุด ไม่ใช่ว่าจู่ๆนึกจะลงก็ลงได้เลย เพราะท่านอาจารย์เจคต้องเดินกลบทลบผงตรีนิสิงเหตามคัมภีร์ แล้วจึงค่อยยกยันต์มาประทับบนแผ่นตะกรุดทีละขั้นทีละตอนจนครบสูตรควบคู่ไปกับการลบผง ซึ่งแค่ขั้นตอนนี้ก็ต้องอาศัยเวลาและสมาธิจิตเป็นอย่างมาก นี่ยังไม่รวมถึงขั้นตอนอื่นๆอีก
โดยท่าน #อาจารย์ณัฐธัญมณีรัตน์ (อ.เจค) ได้คัดสรรพระยันต์จากคัมภีร์ตรีนิสิงเหในชั้นพระเพชรฉลูกัณฑ์ถอดรูปมาลงตะกรุดด้านหนึ่ง ส่วนอีกด้านหนึ่งลงด้วย “ยันต์องค์พระตรีนิสิงเห” ก่อนนำตะกรุดมาห่อหุ้มเชือกปะกำช้างโบราณที่ทำจาก “เชือกปะกำช้างหนังควายเผือกถูกฟ้าผ่าตาย” ยากนักที่จะมีโอกาสได้มา เพราะเป็นของหวงแหนของควาญช้าง ไม่นำออกมาง่ายๆ ปกติจะตั้งบูชาในโรงศาลปะกำ ทำพิธีส่งมอบถูกต้องโดยครูบา กวนจา หมอเฒ่า มีอาถรรพ์แรงครูปะกำ ญานปู่เพชรฉลูกัณฑ์สถิตรักษา ซึ่งในคัมภีร์คชศาสตร์กล่าวว่าเป็นเชือกที่มีอาถรรพ์และสามารถล่ามช้างป่าที่ดุร้ายได้ โบราณาจารย์จึงนิยมนำมาสร้างเป็นตะกรุดพระเพชรฉลูกัณฑ์ถอดรูป เพื่อใช้สำหรับกำราบอาถรรพ์และสิ่งอวมงคลต่างๆ
เท่านั้นยังไม่จบ เพราะอาจารย์เจคท่านยังนำตะกรุดมาอุดหัวท้ายด้วย "ชันโรงเสก" ที่ผสมด้วยผงว่าน ๑๐๘ ของญาท่านสวน วัดนาอุดม, ผงบัวบูชาพระพุทธเจ้า ๑,๐๐๐ พระองค์ของท่านเจ้าคุณซือหูเย็นอี่ วัดโพธิ์เย็น (พระคณาจารย์จีนธรรมวิริยาจารย์), ยาร่วมหมู่ใหญ่ (ยาแก้คุณคนคุณไสยนาๆประการ) และผงตรีนิสิงเหที่อาจารย์เจคท่านลบสะสมไว้ โดยคติโบราณท่านถือว่านอกจากชันโรงจะช่วยปกปักรักษาของดีแล้ว ด้วยความที่ชันโรงเป็นแมลงไม่ดุร้าย จึงมีเสน่ห์ทางเมตตามหานิยมอีกด้วย ดังนั้นหากผู้ใดได้ครอบครองวัตถุมงคลที่ประกอบขึ้นด้วยชันโรงก็นับได้ว่าผู้นั้นได้ครบถ้วนแล้วซึ่งของที่มีคุณวิเศษและเมตตามหานิยม
หลังจากนั้นอาจารย์เจคจึงนำตะกรุดมาลงรักถักเชือกแล้วนำไปคลุกกับผงตรีนิสิงเห, ผงมหาราช, ผงพุทธคุณ และผงยาถอน108 สำทับความเข้มขลังศักดิ์สิทธิ์ให้ถึงขีดสุด นอกจากกรรมวิธีการสร้างที่ต้องอาศัยความละเอียดและความช่ำชองเฉพาะตัวแล้ว อานุภาพของตะกรุดชนิดนี้ยังค่อนข้างรุนแรง หากมีคนนำไปใช้ในทางเบียดเบียนวิญญาณหรือเทวดา ก็อาจเป็นมหาศาสตราวุธที่แม้แต่โลกวิญญาณก็ยากจะต่อกรด้วยได้ ด้วยเหตุที่กล่าวมานี้ “ตะกรุดพระเพชรฉลูกัณฑ์ถอดรูป” จึงถือเป็นเครื่องรางที่ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นมาโดยง่าย

ผนวกกับท่านอาจารย์เจคท่านมีความแตกฉานในคัมภีร์ตรีนิสิงเหอย่างลึกซึ้ง ดั่งที่เห็นได้จากวิทยานิพนธ์ปริญญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต ในหัวข้อ “คัมภีร์ตรีนิสิงเห : การตรวจสอบชำระและบทบาทในสังคมไทย” ที่อาจารย์เจคได้แต่งไว้ จึงเป็นที่แน่นอนว่าตะกรุดพระเพชรฉลูกัณฑ์ถอดรูปรุ่นนี้ มีความเข้มขลังศักดิ์สิทธิ์ในขั้นที่หาได้ยากยิ่งในยุคสมัยอย่างไม่ต้องสงสัย
