ชาวกุลามักจะหอบเร่สินค้าต่างๆไปยังเมืองน้อยใหญ่ โดยชาวกุลาหนึ่งคนจะพกพาหม้อหนึ่งใบไว้ติดตัวโดยตลอด เพื่อใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน เรียกว่าเป็น “หม้อคู่ชีวิต” เลยก็ว่าได้ ซึ่งหม้อของชาวกุลานอกจากจะมีความแข็งแรงทนทานแล้ว ยังเชื่อกันว่ามีอาถรรพ์ในตัวอีกด้วย เพราะชาวกุลามักจะต้องเดินทางไปต่างถิ่นอยู่บ่อยๆ ก็ย่อมเลี่ยงไม่ได้ที่จะถูกลองคุณลองวิชา แต่ชาวกุลาก็รอดจากคุณไสยเหล่านั้นมาได้อย่างปลอดภัย โดยมีเรื่องเล่าว่า หมอผีคนหนึ่งเคยทำยาสั่งใส่ในอาหารแล้วนำไปให้หนุ่มชาวกุลากิน หนุ่มชาวกุลาก็เอาอาหารใส่ในหม้อของเขาแล้วก็กินอย่างเอร็ดอร่อย เล่นเอาหมอผีคนนั้นใจฝ่อไปเลยทีเดียวที่ยาสั่งอันมีฤทธิ์ทำให้คนถึงตายได้กลับไม่ได้ผลกับชนเผ่ากุลาแม้แต่น้อย นอกจากนี้ครูบาอาจารย์ท่านหนึ่งของพระอาจารย์โอคือท่าน “ครูบาตัน” ได้เคยบอกพระอาจารย์โอไว้ว่า “หม้อกุลานี้ขลังในตัว หากจะทำน้ำมันหรือสีผึ้งใดๆ หม้อกุลานี้แหละถือเป็นภาชนะที่ดีที่สุดแล้ว”

มีตำนานเล่าขานในหมู่คนเฒ่าคนแก่ในเพชรบูรณ์ว่า เจ้าเพียราษฏร์ที่เป็นเจ้าเมืองหล่มสักในสมัยก่อน เวลาจะขึ้นหลังช้าง ท่านจะให้เหล่าข้าราชบริพารหลายๆคนนำหอกที่มีปลายแหลมคมมางัดตัวท่านขึ้นบนหลังช้าง ซึ่งเจ้าเพียราษฏร์ท่านจะพกตะกรุดที่เอวอยู่3ดอก ซึ่งทำมาจาก “หม้อกุลา” นั่นเอง

หม้อกุลาใบที่พระอาจารย์โอได้นำมารีดทำตะกรุดนี้ เป็นหม้อพิเศษที่พระอาจารย์โอท่านใช้หุงสีผึ้งและน้ำมันเสน่ห์ต่างๆมานับไม่ถ้วน อยู่ในห้องพิธีมาเป็นสิบๆปี ผ่านพิธีการปลุกเสกมาแล้วทุกมนต์ทุกวิชา มวลความเข้มขลังศักดิ์สิทธิ์ที่ประจุอยู่ในหม้อใบนี้จึงไม่อาจจะพรรณนาได้ จึงเหมาะสมเป็นที่สุดในการนำมาเป็นมวลสารในการทำตะกรุดที่พิเศษที่สุดเช่นกัน

1.มนต์พระกาฬผลาญหัวใจมนุษย์

-ยันต์นี้เป็นยันต์ที่มีความ พิสดารเพราะแต่เดิมแล้วมนต์พระกาฬเป็นมนต์ทำให้ตาย แต่ในตำราวิชานี้ก็มียันต์ใ นส่วนภาคเสน่ห์บรรยายไว้ว่า “หากไม่รัก จักต้องตาย” คิดดูเถิดว่าจะมีอานุภาพเพียงใด เป็นยันต์นี้ลงได้ยากมาก

2.อิธิเจ

-มีพุทธคุณทาง “เสน่ห์เมตตา” เป็นยันต์ที่ว่าด้วยการกำเนิดจากมูลกัจจายนะ แห่งการสนธิมูล เป็นบาลีไวยกรณ์ที่ใช้เล่าเรียนกันในหมู่คณะสงฆ์ยุคโบราณ ซึ่งเป็นการถอดเอาข้ออรรถข้อธรรมและหัวใจในคำภีร์ออกมาได้อย่างวิจิตรพิสดารจนมีอาณุภาพในทางเสน่ห์เมตตาอย่างรุนแรง ดึงดูดจิตใจผู้คนสิ่งของหรือแม้แต่สัตว์ ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจแก่ผู้ที่พบเห็น

3.ปู่เจ้าเรียกจิต

เมื่อกล่าวถึง “ยันต์มหาราช” ครูบาอาจารย์ส่วนมากที่เชี่ยวชาญในยันต์ทั้ง5นี้ จะยกย่องให้ยันต์มหาราชเป็นเสมือน“พระเอก” แห่งยันต์ทั้ง5 (ปถมัง, มหาราช, อิธิเจ, ตรีนิสิงเห และ พุทธคุณ) ซึ่งวิชานี้เป็นวิชาที่มีความหลากหลาย ว่าด้วยกลบทต่างๆที่แบ่งออกเป็นหลายรูปแบบตามแต่ผู้ที่ร่ำเรียนมาต้องการจะเน้นให้พุทธคุณสำแดงออกมาไปในทางใดเป็นหลัก ซึ่งพระยันต์มหาราชแบบนี้ เป็นแบบที่เน้นไปในทาง “เสน่ห์ชั้นสูง” และ “เจริญรุ่งเรือง” เป็นหลัก และที่สำคัญเป็นวิชาเสน่ห์ที่ไม่มีอาถรรพ์ทางด้านขวางทรัพย์อีกด้วย ว่ากันว่ายันต์มหาราชแบบนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อนำมาใช้ “ผูกดวงชะตาของคู่รัก”ตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณเพื่อให้ชายหญิงได้ครองคู่กันอย่างเป็นสุข ซึ่งจะมีกรรมวิธีในการเรียกสูตรที่ค่อนข้างยุ่งยากสลับซับซ้อนกว่าแบบอื่นมากนัก

คุณวิเศษและวิธีใช้:

ในตำราได้กล่าวถึงคุณวิเศษของพระยันต์มหาราชนี้ไว้มากมายแต่ขออธิบายพอสังเขปไว้ดังนี้:

1.หากปรารถนาจะมีชีวิตเจริญรุ่งเรืองไม่ตกต่ำ ให้อาราธนาติดตัวทุกเช้าค่ำ

2.หากอยากให้เกิดความรักใคร่สามัคคีในหมู่ชนใด ให้เขียนชื่อบุคคลเหล่านั้นแล้วห่อใส่ไว้ในผ้ายันต์ หมู่ชนนั้นจะไม่เบียดเบียนกันเลย

3.หากรักใคร่ชอบพอบุคคลใด ให้เขียนชื่อตนเองและบุคคลผู้นั้นใส่ไว้ในผ้ายันต์ บุคคลที่หมายปองจะเกิดความคิดถึงคะนึงหาไม่รู้วาย จนเก็บเอาไปฝันในแดนนิทราเลยทีเดียว

4.หากปรารถนาเป็นผู้มีเสน่ห์ตราตรึงใจในหมู่ชนทั้งหลาย ให้พกพาติดตัวไว้ ความเกลียดชังอันใดจะไม่บังเกิด

5.หากปรารถนาความร่ำรวย ให้อธิษฐานก่อนทำการติดต่อเจรจาค้าขาย กิจการงานใดจะสำเร็จลุล่วงโดยง่าย และได้กำไรมากโข

5.มหาปิโยใหญ่

-ยันต์พุทธะสาริโกพุทโธสาริกา หรือเรียกอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า “มหาปิโยใหญ่” เป็นวิชาที่เด่นด้านเสน่ห์เมตตาโชคลาภ เจรจาเกี้ยวพาราสี และนำพาความเจริญรุ่งเรืองมาให้ คล้ายกับวิชาสาริกาลิ้นทอง ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วคุณวิเศษและความเร้นลับของวิชานี้ยังมีอยู่อีกมาก แต่ขออนุญาติอธิบายพอสังเขปไว้เพียงเท่านี้

6.องค์นอโมกำเนิด

-เป็นยันต์เสน่ห์ตับล่างอีกตัวหนึ่งที่ขึ้นชื่อลือชา ว่าด้วยการกำเนิดแห่งกามโลกีย์และการเสพสังวาส อันเป็นโลกียวิสัยของมนุษย์ชายหญิง

7.เสน่ห์ใจขาด

-เป็นเสน่ห์เมตตาแก่เพศตรงข้ามและผู้พบเห็น หากใครอยู่ใกล้ จิตใจจะหวั่นไหวพิศวาสหลงใหล ร้อนรนทนอยู่มิได้ปานใจจะขาด อีกทั้งยังเป็นที่รักแก่คนทั้งหลาย เข้าหาเจ้านายเมตตาเอ็นดู ทำเป็นตะกรุดแช่น้ำให้กินหลงรักทั้งครัวเรือน หมายปองผู้ใดให้เขียนชื่อสอดใส่ไว้ในตะกรุด หรือปรารถนาในเรื่องใดที่ไม่เกินวาสนา ก็สามารถสอดใส่ไว้ในตะกรุดได้เช่นกัน จักสมปรารถนาสมใจในเร็ววันอย่างน่าอัศจรรย์

8.สุกิตติมาใหญ่

-ยันต์มหาปทุมนี้มีอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า “ยันต์สุกิตติมาใหญ่” หรือ “ยันต์มหาละลวยพุทธคุณ” มีอุปเท่ห์การใช้สารพัด มีพุทธคุณด้านหนุนดวงพลิกฟื้นดวงชะตาให้กลับร้ายกลายเป็นดีและขับไล่เสนียดจัญไรต่าง ๆ ไม่มีอดไม่มีอยาก มีอำนาจ บารมี เป็นนะจังงัง เมตตามหานิยม จัดว่าเป็นมหายันต์หนึ่งแห่งวิทยาคมสายล้านนา ประวัติความเป็นมาของยันต์นี้มีมาแต่โบราณอันมีคาถาเมตตาอยู่บทหนึ่งที่เรียกว่า “คาถาวัวกินนมเสือ” คือต่อให้เป็นศัตรูเราก็สามารถใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์ได้ ต่อมาจึงถูกเรียกให้ไพเราะขึ้นว่า “คาถาสุกิตติมา”

สูตรการเรียกยันต์นี้จึงถูกปิดบังเป็นความลับ เป็นวิชาที่ครูบาอาจารย์จะไม่ค่อยนำมาเปิดเผย ด้วยเหตุเพราะยันต์นี้มีอานุภาพมาก ในสมัยโบราณผู้ที่รำเรียนมาจึงนิยมเขียนไว้ในตลับสีผึ้งหรือลงแผ่นทองแดง แผ่นตะกั่ว แล้วแช่น้ำมันจันทน์หอม เอาแตะหน้าผากเช้าเย็นเพราะเชื่อว่าจะเป็นเมตตามหานิยมอย่างรุนแรง หรือใช้ลงผ้าเป็นผ้ายันต์ไว้ปัดที่นอน ก่อนหลับนิทรา จะทำให้ฝันดี ภูติผีปีศาจไม่กล้ามากล้ำกราย

แม้แต่สมเด็จพระสังฆราช(แพ) วัดสุทัศน์เทพวราราม ท่านยังใช้ลงในบาตรน้ำมนต์ของท่านเองอีกด้วย คหบดีเจ้าขุนมูลนายส่วนใหญ่ในสมัยก่อนก็จะมีขันที่ลงด้วยยันต์นี้ เพื่อใช้ล้างหน้าให้เป็นมหาเสน่ห์แก่ผู้พบเห็น หรือใช้อาบกินเป็นประจำ จะทำให้มีสติปัญญาไว เสริมวาสนาบารมีให้เป็นถึงเจ้าคนนายคน นอกจากนี้ในตำราพิชัยสงคราม ก็ยังมีระบุไว้ว่ายันต์มหาปทุมเป็นยันต์ที่ต้องใช้ลงประทับหลัง “ยันต์โสฬส” หรือใช้ลงผ้ายันต์เพื่อห่อพระบรมสาริริกธาตุก่อนบรรจุไว้ในผอบแก้วหรือเจดีย์ก็ดี จึงถือว่ายันต์มหาปทุมเป็นยันต์ที่มีความศักดิ์สิทธิ์มงคลมา

9.ปถมังหน้าทอง

-เป็นยันต์ที่มีอานุภาพส่งผลให้ผู้บูชามีออร่าผุดผ่อง ใบหน้าจับราศี เป็นที่โดดเด่นในหมู่ผู้คน เป็นที่นิยมยินดีแก่คนทั้งหลาย กลายเป็นสาวสวยร้อยเมตร หนุ่มหล่อร้อยหลา มองมุมไหนก็งดงามมาแต่ไกล ใครเห็นเป็นต้องเหลียวมอง
