พระพุทธภาษิตที่กล่าวว่า “อโรคยา ปรมา ลาภา” ความไม่มีโรค เป็นลาภอันประเสริฐ เป็นความจริงยิ่งกว่าความจริงใด ๆ เพราะสุขภาพเป็นปัจจัยพื้นฐานแห่งชีวิตและความสำเร็จ เมื่อคนเราไม่เจ็บไม่ป่วยแล้วไซร้ จะคิดทำอะไรก็ได้ดั่งใจ อยากทำสิ่งใดก็สามารถลงมือทำได้สำเร็จ แต่ถ้ามัวแต่เจ็บป่วยอยู่ ก็คงไม่อาจจะทำได้กิจใดให้ลุล่วงได้ ทั้งยังต้องเป็นภาระผู้อื่นอีก ดังนั้นแล้วการไม่มีโรคจึงเป็นยอดปรารถนาของมนุษย์ทุกคน ดั่งคำอวยพรในแทบทุกโอกาสที่ผู้อวยพรกล่าวให้ผู้ถูกอวยพรให้มีความสุข อายุมั่นขวัญยืน สุขภาพแข็งแรง หรือคำอวยพรจากพระที่ว่า “อายุ วรรณะ สุขะ พละ” ล้วนแล้วแต่เกี่ยวข้องกับการมีสุขภาพดีทั้งสิ้น

ปรอทยา เชื่อกันว่าเป็นดั่งตัวแทนของคุณพระสงฆ์ เพราะพระสงฆ์นั้นคือผู้เยียวยารักษาโลก เพื่อให้โลกยังคงมีพระพุทธศาสนาสืบต่อไป ลองพิจารณาดูว่าหากถ้าไม่มี "พระสงฆ์" เสียแล้ว "พระธรรม" ของ "พระพุทธองค์" ก็คงสูญหายหมดสิ้นไปจากโลก

พระอาจารย์โอจำลองแบบมาจากเหรียญเงินฟูนันหรือ "เงินศรีวัตสะ" แห่งอาณาจักรฟูนัน ซึ่งเงินโบราณที่ผ่านพิธีกรรมมาอย่างมากมาย จึงถือว่าเป็นของล้ำค่ายิ่ง เชื่อกันว่าด้วยตรามงคลของเหรียญนี้ทำให้อาณาจักรฟูนันมีเจริญรุ่งเรืองเป็นที่ขึ้นชื่อลือชาของทุกอาณาจักรในสมัยนั้น คำว่า "ศรีวัตสะ" หมายถึงที่สถิตแห่ง "ศรี" คือคุณงามความดี ความเป็นสิริมงคล สวัสดิภาพ โภคทรัพย์ และอำนาจบารมี และว่ากันว่ายุคนี้มีการปกครองด้วยระบบ "ธรรมาธิปไตย" หมายความว่า มีธรรมเป็นใหญ่ การยึดถือหลักการ หลักเหตุผล หลักความเป็นจริง ความถูกต้อง ความเป็นธรรมเป็นประธานในการบริหารจัดการต่างๆ จะทำอะไรก็ยึดถือธรรมเป็นหลัก จึงไม่ปรากฏนามชื่อกษัตริย์ผู้ปกครองอาณาจักรชัดเจน

ด้านหน้าเป็นรูปของ "พระอาทิตย์ครึ่งดวงฉายแสง" หมายถึงอรุณรุ่งแห่งยุคทอง มีแสงรัศมีสีทองส่องประกายจ้าไปทั่วทุกทิศ และยังมีนัยยะหมายถึงแสงแรกแห่งการตื่น, รู้ และเบิกบาน เมื่อเจ้าชายสิทธัตถะได้ทรงตรัสรู้อนุตตรสัมมาสัมโพธิญาณเป็นพระพุทธเจ้าในเวลาเช้าตรู่ใต้ต้นพระศรีมหาโพธิ์อีกด้วย

ด้านหลังก็มีรูปสัญลักษณ์มงคล เป็นรูปศรีวัตสะ หรือ “ขนอกพระนารายณ์” บางมติก็เชื่อว่าเป็นลายขวัญของขนหน้าอกแห่งมหาบุรุษผู้มีบุญ ปรากฏอยู่บนหน้าอกของพระพุทธเจ้า ทั้งนี้นักโบราณคดีบางท่านก็พบเจอรูปสัญลักษณ์นี้ในโบราณวัตถุของอารยธรรมเก่าแก่ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพุทธศาสนาฝ่ายตันตระนิกายอีกด้วย ส่วนด้านซ้ายเป็นรูป “สวัสดิกะ” นำมาซึ่งความสวัสดิมงคลแก่ผู้เป็นเจ้าของ และด้านขวาเป็นรูป “ฑมรุ” คือกลองสองหน้าขนาดเล็ก นำมาซึ่งชื่อเสียงและความมั่งคั่ง

#วิธีการใช้: -ใช้พกพาติดตัวเสริมวาสนาบารมี แช่น้ำเปล่าหรือน้ำผึ้งกินเป็นยาได้ หรืออมไว้ในปากจะทำให้ผิวพรรณผ่องใส อายุมั่นขวัญยืน มีกำลังวังชาดีและเป็นผู้ไม่มีโรค สุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง และเมื่อคราบเกาะที่ปรอท ให้นำไปแช่น้ำมะนาวเท่านั้น อย่างน้อยอาทิตย์ละ1ครั้ง เพื่อชำระล้างโรคและพิษที่ปรอทดูดซับจากร่างกายของเราออกไป น้ำหนัก 3 กรัม

Front side is the holy seal that refers to "The Sun Rise" which means the brilliant light of the golden age. The sunlight is spreading around in every direction. This seal also means the first light of the morning when Gautama Buddha attained enlightenment while meditating underneath the Bodhi Tree.

The back side is the holy seal which people believe that it is the image of “Narayana’s Chest Hair” or “Buddha’s Chest Hair”. Some archeologists discovered this seal on the archaeological finds of the ancient era which related to Vajrayana also. The left-hand side represented “Swastika”, the symbol of good fortune, prosperity, abundance and eternity. The right-hand side represented “Damaru (2 Faces Drum)”, the symbol of reputation and mightiness.
