พระอาจารย์โอท่านได้จัดสร้างตะกรุดเมขึ้นมา เนื่องจากวันหนึ่งองค์พระท่านได้มาบอกให้ทำ เพื่อให้ผู้ที่ความเชื่อมีจิตศรัทธาได้นำไปบูชาเพื่อป้องกันสิ่งไม่ดีงามทั้งหลายให้ออกห่างไกลตัว เพราะเมื่อขึ้นชื่อว่าเป็นมนุษย์แล้ว ย่อมไม่มีใครโชคดีตลอด ไม่มีใครโชคร้ายตลอด ทุกคนก็ล้วนต่างเจอทั้งเรื่องดีและร้ายปะปนกันไปตามปรกติวิสัยแห่งการเกิดมาเป็นมนุษย์ แต่ผู้ที่มีตะกรุดเมไว้บูชาติดตัวและหมั่นปลุกคาถาภาวนาอธิษฐานอยู่เป็นประจำแล้ว สิ่งไม่ดีต่างๆทั้งสิ่งที่มองเห็นก็ดีและมองไม่เห็นก็ดี จะแพ้ภัยตัวเองทั้งสิ้น หรือเมื่อคราใดที่รู้สึกว่าถูกกลั่นแกล้งรังควาญหรือถูกกระทำจากสิ่งเร้นรับที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ ให้อาราธนาตะกรุดเมให้ช่วยแผ่บารมีปกป้องคุ้มครอง แล้วสิ่งใดที่ไม่ใช่ของๆเราจะถูกย้อนกลับคืนสู่เจ้าของดังเดิม เพราะตะกรุดเมเป็นเสมือน “กำลังสะท้อนของสมเด็จองค์ปฐม” เป็นตะกรุดที่ทรงอานุภาพทางด้านป้องกันและสะท้อน จนมีคำกล่าวขานถึงตะกรุดเมไว้ว่า “ดีมาดีตอบจะบอกให้ ร้ายมาร้ายตอบไม่สนใจ ทำมาเท่าไหร่ให้กลับไปหนักกว่าเดิม”
