ชนวนงั่งชุดนี้มีเรื่องราวมาจากว่า สมัยพระอาจารย์โอยังอยู่วัดเก่า ได้มีคนนำเทวรูปโบราณองค์หนึ่งมาถวายที่วัด เพราะไม่ว่าเทวรูปองค์นี้จะไปอยู่บ้านไหน คนในบ้านก็จะเจ็บป่วยกันระนาว บ้างก็เจอปรากฏการณ์เหนือธรรมชาติ เรียกว่าอยู่บ้านไหนก็อันตราย อยู่กันไม่เป็นสุขเลยทีเดียว
พระอาจารย์โอจึงพิจารณาว่าถ้าหากเทวรูปองค์นี้เก่งจริงเฮี้ยนจริงดังที่กล่าวมา ต้องทนความร้อนหลายพันองศาได้ จึงได้ส่งเทวรูปเข้าเตาหลอม สุดท้ายเทวรูปก็ทนความร้อนไม่ไหวถูกหลอมละลายกลายเป็นก้อนโลหะมวลสารตามระเบียบ
หลังจากนั้นพระอาจารย์โอยังได้นำงั่งเก่าอีกหลายสิบตัวมาทำการแคะดินออกเพื่อนำไปผสมเป็นมวลสารพระขุนแผนเสน่ห์ใจขาดรุ่นแรก แล้วจึงนำงั่งเหล่านั้นที่แคะดินออกแล้วไปหลอมรวมกับมวลสารเทวรูปอาถรรพ์นั้น กว่าจะได้ชนวนงั่งรุ่นแรกชุดนี้มาจึงถือว่าไม่ง่ายเลย ชนวนชุดนี้จึงถือว่าเป็นเคล็ดลับความแรงของงั่งรุ่นแรกที่ใครมีก็ต่างหวงแหนกัน

Phra Arjarn O considered if this graven image was too powerful and dangerous to own, it must could endure fire that had high temperature more than 1,000 celsius. Then, Phra Arjarn O took this graven image into the stove and burnt it until it was melted to be liquid form.
After that, Phra Arjarn O also took many old Ngangs to picked soil inside body out and used those soil to make Khunpaen Sanae Jaikard 1st batch. The metal body of those Ngangs were melted together with mystical metal of graven image before used to make Ngang 1st batch.
