Hereafter, this is another class of holy medicine that should be mentioned because of there are abundance sufferings always happen in this world from the actions of natural existing things such as devils, giants, monsters, angels and gods. Moreover, there are also suffering things that come from the actions or battles of various occultists and magicians from both of the subjects that the two great masters have conveyed their disciples for use to fight against enemies and from the mysterious knowledge of other sources that have been around for a long time in this world.

Therefore, the two great Myanmar grandmasters attributed this holy medicine to be something like a "Field Doctor" that would cure ailments in any battle because the life cycle of birth & death that endlessly occurs in this samsara (world) is no different from fighting or battle. It is said that if the user has few symptoms, using this medicine will cure the user to be better. While, if the user has severe symptoms, using this holy medicine will act like a field doctor to cure the user first as preliminary treatment for further treatment from a specialist doctor. Therefore, this holy medicine is like a field doctor who is both a healer and a warrior in itself similar to the rules of war that soldiers will not injure the field doctor no matter what side of that field doctor is. It is the rule of the brave and graceful warrior. The holy medicine like a field doctor is called "Mai Se”

“Mai Se” is a Myanmar holy medicine used for smoke. The method to use is burning it in the ignited coals to produce smoke. In that smoke vapor will cause sacred heat to the dark side of demons, ghosts, spirits, mysterious things including “The Seed Of Demon” as well. In which the seed of demon (a kind of negative energy caused by invisible things), usually the occultists and magicians can not find the cause of unnatural symptoms of the victim that happen from the seed of demon issue clearly because the unlucky victim who has it inside their bodies will be like a middleman of mystical energies circulation unconsciously.

For example, there is a ghost that has possessed a unlucky person. Then, there was a ritual to exorcise the ghost as well as having agreement to make that ghost take an oath and promise that it will not come to be involved or come back to hurt that person again. By the method of making sacred smoke for buildings, houses, land will start with using 5 cups that have burning coals inside and then place those 5 cups at the middle point of the house and then put "Mai Se” into those 5 cups to create smoke before praying to drive away all the bad things. After that, let's one cup stay at the middle point of the house, and for the other 4 cups, let's place each of them at the four corners of the house.

- Use to smoke a sick person who has a hidden stubborn ghost or black magic inside body like as "Ghost Torturing Medicine" by using a cup with burning coals inside to place under the feet of the patient while the patient is sitting with legs hanging posture. Afterthat, take the medicine into the cup to make sacred smoke. Afterwards, put a blanket cover the patient's body for 15 seconds or 30 seconds. The ghosts, demons or other superstitions that are hidden in the patient's body will be unbearable and runaway.
