พระอาจารย์โอได้จัดสร้างพระฉิมรุ่นนี้ขึ้นตามคัมภีร์พระฉิม ซึ่งว่ากันว่าเป็นรองแค่เพียงคัมภีร์พิชัยสงครามเท่านั้นเอง โดยพระอาจารย์โอได้นำมวลสารโลหะศักดิ์สิทธิ์เก่าที่เคยใช้สร้างพระสังกัจจายน์สมัยก่อนมาหล่อหลอมขึ้นเป็นพระฉิมที่มีผมดกปกไหล่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะของพระอาจารย์โอ
เหตุที่รูปลักษณ์ของพระฉิมมีเส้นผมดกปกไหล่ก็เนื่องจากในบางตำราได้กล่าวไว้ว่า “ในสมัยพุทธกาล ขณะที่พระกัจจายนะถูกปลงผมเพื่อบรรพชาอุปสมบทเป็นพระภิกษุสงฆ์นั้น พระกัจจายนะก็ทรงบรรลุเป็นพระอรหันต์ในฉับพลัน หลังจากที่ถูกปลงผมไปเพียงแค่3ครั้งเท่านั้นเอง จึงเป็นเหตุให้ไม่ได้ปลงผมต่อ”
ใต้ฐานอุดด้วยผงพระฉิมที่ให้คุณทางโชคลาภเงินทองเป็นเลิศ โบราณาจารย์ถือว่าพระฉิมนั้นถือเป็นเลิศที่สุดแห่งมหาโชคมหาลาภ เพราะเป็นเสมือนการรวมพุทธานุภาพของพระอรหันต์ทั้ง3องค์ที่ได้รับการยกย่องว่าเป็นเอตะทัคคะจากพระพุทธเจ้าไว้ด้วยกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียว พระอรหันต์ทั้ง3องค์นั้นได้แก่
1. พระสังกัจจายน์ = พระอรหันต์ที่พระพุทธเจ้าทรงยกย่องว่าเป็นผู้เลิศทางปัญญาที่สามารถแสดงธรรมโดยพิสดาร นอกจากนี้พระกัจจายนะยังเป็นผู้รจนาคัมภีร์ “มหากัจจายนะปทรูป10” เป็นคัมภีร์ว่าด้วยการกำเนิดพระเวทย์พิสดารตันตระฝ่ายเถรวาท ซึ่งเป็นคัมภีร์ปฐมกำเนิดแห่งสรรพวิชาสูตรสนธิทั้งหลายที่เหล่าเกจิอาจารย์ผู้ทรงวิทยาคุณใช้ในการเขียนผงลบผงพุทธคุณต่างๆนั่นเอง
2. พระสิวลี = ผู้เป็นเลิศด้านมีลาภสักการะโชคลาภมาก
3. พระภควัมปติ = ผู้มีความงามละม้ายเหมือนพระผู้มีพระภาคเจ้า

Phra Arjarn O made “Phra Chim” followed the “Phra Chim Sacred Book” which just inferior than “Treatise On War Strategy Scripture” only. Phra Arjarn O brought old holy metal that was every used to build Katyayana’s image before as the main material. The design of “Phra Chim” is very unique with long hair style.
The reason that “Phra Chim” has long hair because some ancient scriptures described that “In the Buddha's lifetime, during Katyayana was removed hair to be a monk, Katyayana achieved Dharma and become the Buddhist Saint suddenly after his hair was cut just only 3 times so, Katyayana is a Buddhist Saint who still has hair”.
At the bottom was embedded with “Phra Chim Wealthy Powder” which is very good for money and luck. Since the past until now, “Phra Chim” is one of the great wealthy monk because “Phra Chim” is the combination of the great 3 Buddhist saints together as follows:
1. Katyayana = He was praised by Buddha to be the “Intelligent Buddhist Saint” who can express Dharma strangely. Moreover, Katyayana is the person who composed “Mahar Katyayana Pattaloob 10” which is the ancient magic scripture for making holy chalkboard powder.
2. Sivali = He was praised by Buddha to be the “Wealthy Buddhist Saint”.
3. Phra-Kawam-Pati = He was praised to be the monk who has graceful face similar Buddha.
