พระอาจารย์โอได้จัดสร้างขึ้นโดยจำลอง "พระเจ้า5พระองค์”มาจากองค์จริงที่วัดผ่องต่ออู ซึ่่งเป็นวัดสำคัญตั้งอยู่ที่ทะเลสาบอินเล ประเทศพม่า เดิมทีองค์พระทั้ง5องค์ เป็นพระพุทธรูปไม้แกะสลัก แต่ด้วยความศรัทธาของพุทธศาสนิกชินที่หลั่งไหลแวะเวียนมากราบไหว้และปิดทองคำเปลวที่องค์พระทั้ง5อย่างไม่ขาดสายตลอดระยะเวลาหลายร้อยปีที่ผ่านมา ทำให้รูปร่างขององค์พระทั้ง5กลายเป็นก้อนกลมใหญ่กว่าองค์พระเดิมเป็นอย่างมากด้วยจำนวนของทองคำเปลวอันนับไม่ถ้วน โดยเชื่อกันว่าผู้ใดก็ตามที่ได้บูชาขอพรสักการะพระเจ้า5พระองค์แล้ว จะบังเกิดความร่ำรวยและ ชนะศัตรูผู้คิดร้ายทั้งปวง องค์พระทั้ง5 ประกอบไปด้วย:

องค์ที่ ๒ มีพระนามว่า พระโกนาคมโน
องค์ที่ ๓ มีพระนามว่า พระกัสสโป
องค์ที่ ๔ มีพระนามว่า พระโคตโม
องค์ที่ ๕ มีพระนามว่า พระศรีอาริยเมตไตรโย

Phra Arjarn O made this amulet base on the 5 golden Buddha images of the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda located on the Inle Lake in Shan State of Myanmar. Formerly, those 5 Buddha Images were carved from wood. However, when Buddhist around the world always go to pay respect and continuously stick gold leaf to the 5 golden Buddha images pass through many hundreds year, the shape of the 5 golden Buddha images were gradually changed to be bigger and round because of countless gold leafs. There is a belief that whoever worships to the 5 golden Buddha images, that person will be rich and having victory beyond all enemies. The 5 golden Buddha images consisted of:
1. Vairochana.
2. Akshobhya.
3. Ratnasambhava.
4. Amitabha.
5. Amoghasiddhi.
