เป็นรูปหล่อพระสีสะแลงแงงอีกหนึ่งรุ่นหนึ่งรูปแบบ ที่อาจารย์องอาจท่านได้จัดสร้างไว้ ท่านว่ารุ่นนี้จะสร้างเสกตามแบบสายพม่า ไทใหญ่ ขนาดเล็กพกพาสะดวก ผู้หญิงพกได้ไม่เทอะทะ โดยท่านมุ่งหวังว่าพระสีรุ่นนี้ จะเป็นอีกแรงสำคัญในการ ล้างอาถรรพ์ให้แก่ผู้เป็นเจ้าของ เพราะถ้าอาถรรพ์ไม่ดี มันหมดไป เรื่องดีๆมันก็จะเข้ามาเอง ทีนี้ขออะไรก็มักได้ อธิษฐานอะไรมักสัมฤทธิ์ผล
พิมพ์นี้ค่อนข้างพิเศษมาก เพราะก่อนจะสร้างอาจารย์องอาจท่านได้เดินทางไปแถบไทใหญ่ เพื่อปรึกษาหารือกับศิษย์และอาจารย์ของท่าน เมื่อได้ข้อสรุปตรงกันจึงได้จัดสร้างออกมา อาจารย์องอาจท่านยังเล่าให้ฟังอีกว่า “จริงๆ ทั้งพม่า, เขมร, ไทย, ลาว รวมถึงพวกชนเผ่า ก็มีการนับถือพระสีสะแลงแงง แต่เรียกไปอีกแบบ”
สร้างจากมวลสารนับพันปีที่เหลือจากการหล่อ “พระสีสะแลงแงง (ขนาดบูชา) รุ่นแรก” ถือเป็นการเปิดตำนานพระสีสะแลงแงง สายพม่า,ไทยใหญ่ ตามตำนานที่เคยกล่าวไว้คือ เป็นพยนต์ที่คอยคุ้มครอง “พระเจ้าบุเรงนองกะยอดินนรธา” กษัตริย์ผู้ชนะ 10 ทิศ ทำให้ไม่มีใครสามารถทำอันตรายท่านได้เลย
