อาจารย์อินทร์แก้วได้กล่าวไว้ว่า "หลายคนบอกเรื่องไสยศาสตร์มันไม่มี มันไกลตัว แต่ทุกวันนี้คนที่พูดแบบนี้ละ ที่มาให้ผมช่วยรักษาอยู่ทุกวัน บางคนชีวิตตกต่ำ บางคนเจ็บป่วยหนักไป รพ.หาโรคไม่เจอ บางคนเพ้อเสียสติ หลากหลายอาการ ก็เพราะคำว่าไม่เชื่อไม่มี หรือไม่รู้นี่ละ บางทีก็โดนลมเพลมพัด โดนเขาทำเสน่ห์เล่กล น้ำมันพรายน้ำมันผีเสน่ห์ยาแฝดให้กินนานไปชีวิตก็เริ่มวิบัติ ดิ่งลงเพ้อเหมือนคนบ้า จากคนดีๆก็เป็น ไปทั่ว จึงค่อยเชื่อว่ามีจริง ถ้าใครได้เห็นได้สัมผัสถึงความทุกข์ของเขาเหล่านี้จะรู้ว่ามันน่าสงสารแค่ไหน"

 

"เบี้ยแก้มหาสะท้อนมหาระงับ" สร้างด้วยวิชา13ครูบา อาจารย์อินทร์แก้วเชิญญาณท่านลงมาเสกให้อยู่ครึ่งเดือนทุกๆวัน โดย "วิชาธรรมพระศรีอริยเมตไตรย์" หรือวิชา13ครูบานี้ เป็นครูที่อาจารย์อินทร์แก้วยอมรับว่าแรงมาก ดีมากที่สุดเท่าที่ท่านเคยเจอมา และท่านยังใช้รักษาคนช่วยเหลือคนอยู่ทุกวันด้วยวิชานี้ แบบเห็นผลทันตาในเวลานั้นได้เลย

 

เนื่องด้วยว่าคนที่มาหาล้วนแล้วแต่ถูกคุณไสย์ โดนกระทำสิ่งไม่ดี หรือดวงตกหนัก เคราะห์ร้ายที่มาหา ท่านจึงได้ถือโอากาสสร้างเบี้ยแก้ “มหาสะท้อนมหาระงับ" ขึ้นมาเพื่อให้คนที่ต้องการจะป้องกันตัว จากเหล่าอวิชชาคุณไสย์ คุณผีคุณคน กันได้แม้กระทั่งเทวดามิจฉาทิฐิ (เทวดาที่มีความหลงผิดไม่มีศีลธรรม) กันบ้านเรือนที่ทางแรง เป็นอาถรรพ์เสนียดเสียดแทง ต่างๆนาๆกันดวงตกเคราะห์ร้าย ให้แคล้วคลาดปลอดภัยจากภยันตรายทั้งปวงได้108 อย่าง และท่านยังได้ประจุวิชามนต์พระกาฬ มหาสะท้อนเข้าไป เป็นมหาสะท้อนศัตรู ทั้งมนุษย์และ อมนุษย์ ที่คิดปองร้ายเราให้ย้อนเข้าตัวเขาเอง และยังประจุวิชาบังตัว เพื่อกันคนใส่คนลองกันได้108อย่างตามปราถนา คุ้มได้ทั้งครองครัวแล

 

และในตัวเบี้ยนั้นท่านได้บรรจุ "ทรายเสก" ที่ใช้จุดธูปเทียนในกระถางธูปที่ได้สวดมนต์เชิญครูอยู่ทุกวันเป็นเวลาหลายปีมาก จึงนำทรายเสกนั้นมาเข้าพิธีลบผงด้วยวิชา13ครูบา108ครั้ง ลงไปสวดไปถมไป ใช้เวลากว่า3ชั่วโมงในการลบผง ก่อนนำบรรจุในเบี้ย มาบรรจุเสร็จต้องเสกอีก 1,200 คาบ เสกใส่ทั้งวิชา13 ครูบา มนต์บังหลวง มหาระงับ

 

อาจารย์อินทร์แก้วใช้ทรายเสกบรรจุเบี้ยแทนปรอทก็เพราะ ในวิชา13ครูบานี้ ได้มีบทนึงที่กล่าวเชิญ "พระเเม่นางธรณี" ให้มารักษาวิชา มาช่วยเหลือ ขจัดหมู่มาร เป็นการระลึกถึงพระคุณของพระแม่ธรณี ผู้ทรงเป็นเทพีแห่งผืนแผ่นดิน สรรพชีวิตทั้งมวลที่อยู่บนแผ่นดินนี้ก็เป็นเสมือนลูกของท่าน หากผู้ใดระลึกนึกถึงพระคุณของพระแม่ธรณี ท่านก็ย่อมให้การปกป้องดูแลคุ้มครอง ให้ความสงบสุขและร่มเย็น ดั่งมารดารักษาบุตรธิดา เพราะความรักของแม่ที่มาต่อลูกนั้นคือรักแท้อันบริสุทธิ์

 

คนโบราณเชื่อถือในความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของพระแม่ธรณีมาก ตัวอย่างเช่น ก่อนจะนอนก็ต้องปลุกพระแม่ธรณีก่อนด้วยคาถาว่า “แม่ธรณีเจ้าเอ๋ย อยู่แล้วหรือยัง สังขาตัง โลกังกะวิทู” เพื่อขอบารมีพระแม่ธรณีช่วยปกปักษ์รักษา ให้แคล้วคลาดปลอดภัยตลอดคืนจวบจนตะวันขึ้น และเมื่ออ้างอิงตามพุทธประวัติแล้ว พระแม่ธรณีทรงมีความเคารพนับถือพระมหาสมณโคดมพุทธเจ้าพระองค์นี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง ดั่งตำนานเมื่อครั้งพระแม่ธรณีบีบมวยผม เพื่อเป็นพยานแห่งการตรัสรู้ในครั้งนั้น ดังนั้นพระแม่ธรณีจึงถือเป็นเทพีที่มีความสำคัญต่อพระพุทธศาสนามาตั้งแต่ครั้งพุทธกาลก็ว่าได้

 

ด้วยเหตุที่กล่าวมานี้ อาจารย์อินทร์แก้วจึงเลือกที่จะใส่ทรายใส่ดิน แทนปรอท ก่อนจะอุดเบี้ยด้วยผงมวลสารที่ใช้ในการสร้าง "พระผง13ครูบา" ที่ท่านได้รวมรวมมวลสารที่เป็นมงคล และแร่บางชนิดที่ครูบาท่านว่าใช้ดูดอาถรรพ์ได้ทั้งหมด รวมไปถึงผงดอกไม้ขันครูของครูบาบุญองค์ที่13อีกด้วย นับว่าเป็นมงคลที่สุด ท่านว่า "ไม่รักไม่ให้บูชาเพราะทำยากมากใช้ความเพียรทำมาก"

Interestingly, Arjarn Inkaew used holy sand to fill into a magic shell instead of using liquid mercury because in the mantra od 13 Kruba magic subject, there is a chapter about inviting "Mother Earth (Phra Mae Thorani)" to help and eliminate the demons, which refers to the grace of Mother Earth who is the goddess of the earth. All living beings on this earth are like her children. If anyone remembers the grace of Mother Earth, she will protect & give peace with tranquility like a mother protects her children, because a mother's love for her child is true & pure love.

 

The ancient people believed in the sanctity of Mother Earth very much. For example, before sleeping, they will chant a mantra "Mother Earth, are you already here? Sangkhatang Lokangkawitu" to ask for the blessing of Mother Earth to help and protect the prayer to be safe all night until the sun rises. From all of the above-mentioned, Arjarn Inkaew chose to add holy sand and sacred soil into this magic shell instead of liquid mercury. After that, Arjarn Inkaew closed the mouth pads of the magic shell with the sacred holy powder materials that he used to make "13 Kruba" amulet that he has gathered auspicious materials, some auspicious minerals, including flower powder that Arjarn Inkaew got from the flowers that he used to worship 13 Kruba.
